The base is the same organic shea butter, coconut MCT oil and beeswax the brand uses across its balms, and Ayrloom labels this one Calm. It is the balm shoppers tend to pair with a bath or a pre-bed stretch, rubbed into feet, neck or hands as part of settling down. Being a topical, it will not produce a high.
