Carnegie Hill runs on its own rhythm. The hospital corridor around 77th and Lexington never fully quiets; the avenues fill and empty with shift changes, school runs, and the long walk home from the river. We sit right in the middle of it, on 1st Avenue at 69th — close enough that a stop here is part of the day, not a detour from it.

For the nurses and techs finishing a shift at NewYork-Presbyterian, Weill Cornell, or HSS, we’re a short walk or one stop on the M15. For Hunter students of age and longtime residents on the avenues, we’re the familiar door two blocks from the 6. We keep evening hours because that’s when this neighborhood actually gets to breathe — and we’d rather be here when you are than close before you’re done.
