Yes. Unscrew the mouthpiece and the interior glass pipe slides out. Soak it overnight in a cleaning solution, rinse and dry, then slide it back with both O-rings seated.
Glass gives clean, neutral flavor but breaks; aluminum is nearly indestructible but can taste metallic. Putting glass inside aluminum gives you the taste of one and the durability of the other.
